目前,三楼展厅展示有古生物化石标本、动物标本、植物性烹饪原料标本、古餐饮陶瓷器。二楼展厅陈列着中国酒文化和中国茶文化的相关物品及系列知识介绍。未来几年,一座6000M2馆舍将矗立在美丽的校园。 在各级领导的关心下,在热心的师生和社会人士的捐赠和支持下,博物馆将充分展示饮食文化丰富的内涵,演绎传统文化的源流,努力成为学习知识,培养情操的第二课堂。

The food culture is the treasures of human civilization. From the invention of fire to the emergence of farming culture. From eating raw foods to civilized cooking and frying. From the original picnic to using forks and knives. From addressing hunger to nutritional health, the long term development of food culture has proved that it is profound and colorful.
The food culture and farming culture has embraced each other and existed symbiotically. The long accumulation has lead to the establishment of “ The museum of Food Culture.” On February 27, 2008 our school established the museum with the social responsibility of searching and preserving the inner meaning of food culture, as well as the view that culture is blended into food. From now on, the museum is collecting dining utensils, plant and animal specimens, alcohol equipments and things that reflect life’s wisdom in all ages. The museum shows this long colorful history through these displays.
At present, there are plant specimens, pottery for ancient dining, animal specimens, fossil specimens of ancient creature in the show. The hall on the second floor displays goods of Chinese wine culture and tea culture and a series of introductions about them. In the following years, there will be a museum house of 6000m2 build on the campus. The museum will demonstrate the deep artistic connotation of food culture as well as the splendid life of past people. This will be completed with the care of the government and school leaders and the donation of teachers, students, and members of society. It will make efforts to become a new exhibition for teaching cultural history and influencing social sentiment.
