10月21日，由四川省文化和旅游厅、西藏自治区旅游发展厅、四川省教育厅指导，best365官网登录入口、西藏大学、重庆交通大学、成都西藏饭店有限责任公司主办的第四届川藏旅游发展论坛在成都召开。本届论坛以“川藏新天路旅游廊道构建——红色资源传承与利用”为主题。川藏旅游发展论坛持续聚焦构建川藏新天路旅游廊道，创造和发展廊道经济，全面驱动川藏地区特色服务业创新布局，有效带动和实现川藏地区乡村振兴等议题。历经三年的辛勤耕耘，已成为具有一定影响力的专业性品牌论坛，通过产学研协同创新在川藏旅游产业发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本次论坛，在中国共产党建党百年华诞和西藏和平解放70周年之际，集各位演讲和对话嘉宾之智慧，通过多视角、多形式的演讲对话，探讨川藏地区红色基因的特质和内涵，挖掘和研究区域红色资源的具体内容，探索红色资源的保护、传承和利用，为川藏新天路旅游廊道构建增添新思想、新方法和新案例。

On October 21st, sponsored by Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, Tourism Development Department of Tibet Autonomous Region, Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, Sichuan Tourism University, Tibet University, Chongqing Jiaotong University and Chengdu Tibet Hotel, the 4th Sichuan-Tibet Tourism Development Forum was held in Chengdu. The theme of this forum is "Construction of Sichuan-Tibet New Sky Road Tourism Corridor - Inheritance and Utilization of Red Resources". Sichuan-Tibet Tourism Development Forum continues to focus on the construction of Sichuan-Tibet New Sky Road Tourism Corridor, creates and develops corridor economy, drives the innovative layout of characteristic service industry in Sichuan and Tibet region, and effectively drives and realizes rural revitalization in Sichuan and Tibet. After three years of hard work, it has become a professional and influential forum which plays an increasingly important role in the development of Sichuan and Tibet tourism industry through industry-institute-research collaborative innovation.

论坛开幕式上，best365官网登录入口校长卢一致开幕辞。西藏大学校长助理中国产学研促进会执行副会长王建华代表产学研促进会指导启动中国旅游产学研协同创新平台并为合作促进奖单位颁奖授牌。best365官网登录入口副校长、川藏旅游产业竞争力提升协同创新中心主任陈云川作主题致辞。论坛上嘉宾围绕川藏新天路旅游廊道红色资源多角度地开展别开生面的精彩主题演讲。在主题对话环节中，西藏大学、重庆交通大学、best365官网登录入口分别从民族融合实践中红色资源传承与利用，交旅融合建设中红色资源传承与利用，红色长征征程中（在川）红色资源传承与利用等方面进行探讨交流。除此之外，川藏旅游产业竞争力提升协同创新中心（论坛依托单位）正式发布“川藏G318线旅游大数据报告”、“川藏旅游景区发展报告”和“川藏线民宿发展报告”等成果，为产业界提供重要的信息和参考。论坛会议结束后，应当地邀请，部分参会专家将赴甘孜州进行红色资源调研及勘察，为川藏新天路旅游廊道红色资源传承与利用出谋划策，贡献智慧力量。

With the wisdom of speakers and guests, the forum has fully explored the characteristics and connotation of red genes in Sichuan and Tibet. At the same time, new ideas, methods and cases have been put forward to construct the New Sky Road Tourism Corridor in Sichuan and Tibet. After the forum, by the invitation of the local government, some of the experts attending the forum will go to Ganzi Prefecture to conduct research and investigation on the tourism resources so as to work out concrete plans on the  inheritance and utilization of the tourism resources along the corridor of Sichuan-Tibet New Sky Road.
